Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 11, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Packaging Pyramid website and your purchase of custom packaging products and related services. Packaging Pyramid provides made-to-order boxes and packaging for businesses shipping within the United States. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the website or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility

This website is intended for businesses and individuals placing legitimate packaging orders. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You represent that information you provide for quotes and orders is accurate and that you have the right to submit artwork and order specifications.

Quotes, pricing, and orders

Prices on the site or in quotes are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Quotes are estimates based on the specifications you provide; final pricing is confirmed on your order acknowledgment. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before production begins.

Custom printing and manufacturing begin after payment of quoted charges (product, shipping, handling, and applicable tax) through approved payment methods and after you approve production proofs where required.

Custom products and cancellations

All custom packaging is manufactured to your approved specifications. Orders are final once proofs are approved and submitted to production. Artwork, dimensions, material, and finish cannot be changed after that point.

You may request cancellation within eight (8) hours of proof approval, subject to a cancellation fee of ten percent (10%) of the order total. Cancellation requests more than twenty-four (24) hours after proof approval may be declined because materials and production may already be underway.

Design-only services are non-refundable once purchased or delivered.

Returns, reprints, and refunds

Because products are made to order, returns and refunds are limited. Our primary remedy for confirmed manufacturing defects is reprint, not cash refund. Full details are in our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In summary: report defects within five (5) business days of delivery; cooperate with inspection; return the full order within ten (10) business days when requested. Reprints for our error are at no production charge; reprints due to client-approved proofs or files are at your expense.

Artwork, files, and intellectual property

You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork (typically 300 dpi, CMYK, with correct bleeds and orientation). We are not liable for print quality problems caused by low-resolution files, wrong color modes, or errors in copy or layout you approved.

By submitting files, you grant Packaging Pyramid a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and adapt your artwork solely to fulfill your order and for internal quality control. You warrant that you own or have permission to use all submitted content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

We may refuse or cancel orders that appear unlawful, infringing, or offensive. We are not obligated to state a reason for refusal.

Website content (text, images, layouts, software) is owned by Packaging Pyramid or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

Proofs, color, and production standards

You must review and approve proofs before production. Turnaround times quoted on our site or in estimates usually begin after proof approval. Delays caused by late approval or incomplete information are your responsibility.

Review proofs carefully for spelling, dimensions, barcodes, folds, and finish. Screen proofs may not perfectly represent every ink, coating, or substrate effect. We follow industry-standard color practices but cannot guarantee an exact match to prior runs, Pantone chips, or on-screen previews unless expressly agreed in writing.

Quantities: overruns and underruns

Custom packaging is subject to industry tolerance. We may ship up to approximately seven percent (7%) over your ordered quantity at no extra charge. If we ship fewer than ordered, you are billed only for the quantity received.

Shipping, risk of loss, and title

We ship via common carriers to U.S. addresses unless otherwise agreed. Shipping charges and estimated transit times are provided at checkout or on your quote. Title and risk of loss typically pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Sales tax

Sales tax may apply based on your ship-to address and applicable state and local law. Tax-exempt organizations must provide a valid exemption certificate before the order is processed.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse the website (including automated scraping, attempting unauthorized access, or transmitting unlawful or harmful content). You are responsible for content you upload or send through our forms.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except for a confirmed manufacturing defect handled under our Return Policy, products and services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose where allowed. You are responsible for choosing materials and structures suitable for your product, retail, and shipping environment.

Limitation of liability and indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Packaging Pyramid and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business interruption) arising from use of the site or your order. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid us for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your artwork, specifications, misuse of products, or violation of these Terms or third-party rights, including reasonable attorneys’ fees where recoverable under law.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including material shortages, equipment failure, labor disputes, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions. We will communicate in good faith when such events affect your timeline.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in the state where Packaging Pyramid maintains its principal place of business, unless otherwise required by law.
